Our Mardi Gras King Cake is offered from mid-January through Mardi Gras in February. The sweet yeasted dough is filled with both frangipane (almond custard) and Belgian chocolate fillings and then shaped into a ring. The cake is finished with vanilla icing and sprinkled with colored sugars. A baby figurine is hidden inside. As the story goes, whomever finds the baby in their slice of cake buys next year's cake for the group!
